Jean François NDIKUMANA

Jean François NDIKUMANA is a Director of Finance and Administration at the Chancellery for Heroes, National Orders and Decorations of Honour (CHENO). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) with specialization in Finance from Kigali Institute of Science, Technology and Management (KIST) since October 2005.  He’s also a Holder of CPA (R) PART II Intermediate completed and Ongoing CPA Advanced level.

Jean François has great work experience in finance and administration. Indeed, he has been working as a Director of Finance and Administration for CHENO for 12 years, and as a Finance and administration officer respectively for Kitabi and Shagasha Tea Factories, OCIR-THE for 3 years. He also has experience in Planning, monitoring and evaluation respectively in MIJESPOC and MINISPOC for 2 years. Prior he was Accountant at former ISAR Gakuta Station from August 2006 to September 2006.

Having Trained on Results Based Management and Human Rights Based Approach to programming in 2011; Jean François has professional competencies in finance and administration, computer programs and systems such as Integrated Financial Management Information System (SMARTIFMS) and Computer applications in Finance.

Nicolas RWAKA

Mr. Nicolas RWAKA is the Director of Research on Heroism and Decorations of Honour at CHENO. He holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Political and Administrative Sciences from the University of Rwanda. His expertise includes conflict management, unity and reconciliation, and project design and implementation.
